Question: Is installation offered for all products?

Answer: Installation and demo are offered for certain items by Fitline.

Question: Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Fitline?

Answer: No, it's not necessary to log into your account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.


Question: Which is the areas you facilitate shipping options?

Answer: We have been shipping all across India and overseas as well. Our shipping team does manage shipping single unit as well as full container of Fitness equipment.

Question: What are the refund policy?

Answer: You can return products within 7 days if products are not open and is a brands new condition. Return shipping charges will paid by customers.

Question: How much warranty?

Question:  What is the waiting period of products shipping?

Answer:  Products Shipping depends on the area it is to be shipped. Most of our equipment is shipped within 10-15 days from the order date. In case you would like to be sure, feel free to reach out us and we will let you know the exact time of shipping to your destination.
